Charcuterie Board
Sourced from Moons Green in the Kentish Weald, their air-dried meats are all melt-in-the-mouth local versions of European classics. On the board: Chorizo, Air Dried Reserve Kentish Ham and Wild Fennel Saucisson, Olive bread from the Gilda bakery, Bishopsbourne and lightly salted butter. (D,G)
Vegetarian Platter

Chicken Liver Parfait
A rich smooth mousse, made with chicken liver (free range), brandy, butter, eggs and a fourspice blend. Served with gooseberry chutney and rye bread from the Gilda bakery. (D,E,S,M)
Poached and Smoked Salmon Rillettes
A delicious rillette of poached and smoked salmon with chives, shallots, crème fraiche, butter, vermouth, white pepper and lemon juice. Served with ryr bread from the Gilda bakery in Bishopsbourne. (F,D,S)

Cornish Hake With Rosemary & Capers
We’re bringing a little bit of Spanish tapas with this tinned conserve, inspired by a trip to Seville.
